  • Accreditation/Job Checks

    Employers wishing to hire migrants will first need to have obtained accreditation from Immigration New Zealand. They will also need to complete a job check to essentially obtain permission from INZ to hire a migrant for that vacancy. We have a depth of skills and experience to assist employers successfully navigate the accreditation and job check process.

  • Immigration Investigation

    Investigations undertaken by Immigration New Zealand and other related agencies can be time-consuming and costly for employers. Consequences can include criminal prosecution, civil infringements (fines) and an inability to hire migrants. This can have a significant impact on a business’s profitability. We have experience representing both employers and employees with immigration investigations.

  • Business visas

    The global nature of the workforce means that employers may need employees to work in New Zealand for short periods. Visas are available for senior or specialist business people on secondments, or intra-corporate transferees. We have the experience to ensure a smooth visa process for businesses.
